Hi, I’m Kristin, a storyteller on page and stage.
I’m a Syracuse University alumna from the Sunflower State.
After graduating from Topeka High School, I headed off to my dream journalism school: S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. Those four years transformed my life. I gained friends from throughout the U.S., studied abroad in London and worked tireless nights as the feature editor of the independent student newspaper, The Daily Orange. I also performed in a musical, founded a sorority and wrote a blog about dining hall food.
Yes, I was busy, but I never really wanted to sit in my room and watch Netflix. I still don’t.
And I’m still learning through life.
Today, I’m as busy as ever — copywriting full-time and performing in or choreographing musicals on the weekends — but my goals are more focused. Everything I do ties back to improving my craft, spreading joy and exploring the world. I never apologize for being myself, and I like the person I’m becoming.
In short: I’m a curious copywriter and creative choreographer in Kansas.
…and I can’t wait to see what happens next.
